Happy Saturday! 💘I cant get over how easy these cake mix funfetti cookies were to make. Not only that, they were a huge hit. I’m not even kidding when I tell you that half of them got ate the day of (by my husband and his friends) thatI ended up showing up to our family party empty handed. My niece also couldn’t stop asking about them and when I was going to be making more. 😂 Honestly though, the first bite reminded me of a Crumbl cookie. No joke! I was thoroughly impressed, haha. This is hands down of the best 3 ingredient cookie recipes you’ll ever come across. I promise you’ll be amazed. So easy for when you’re in a rush too! I’m thinking of doing a lemon one next with homemade icing. 🍋

1 Box of Funfetti Cake Mix
1/3 Cup of Canola Oil
Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.
Mix together your box of cake mix, eggs and oil. The batter should turn into a thick consistency. Take your cookie scoop or a spoon and roll the dough into 1 inch balls and place them onto the cookie sheet. Add sprinkles on top of cookies (optional).
Once the oven is heated, place the cookie sheet into the oven for 6-8 minutes. I usually cookie mine for 8 minutes because I prefer to have a soft brown on the edges.
Once done, place them on a cooling rack or leave on the cookie sheet.
Pro Tip: Use two cookie sheets so you can rotate between batches. Takes less time.
